Main Responsibilities

• Manage Service Delivery & Quality: Ensure the day-to-day service provision fully complies with the Eden philosophy, values, policies, and procedures while also fully complying with local and national legislation, regulations, and research.
• Service Development: Continually seek out new opportunities for growth and development of the service while protecting and safeguarding the Company's values and culture.
• People Management & Leadership: Provide clear and structured day-to-day management and support to the local team in order to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered.
