Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Admin Lead to join our Eastbourne North Family Support Team. The successful candidate will co-manage the team, working alongside an existing practice manager who is returning from maternity leave.

About the Role
  • Provide professional supervision to social work staff.
  • Nurture a dynamic and supportive team to build relationships with families, reduce risks, and support positive change over time using our connected practice model.

This role requires strong multi-agency working skills, experience of supervision, confidence in decision making and understanding of risk, as well as creative problem solving abilities.
