Job Description:

The successful candidate will join our Community Nursing Team as a Clinical Leadership Specialist. This role requires a strong background in palliative care and experience in managing teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Degree in nursing or related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification in leadership or management.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in palliative care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
