We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager to join our team at First Recruitment Services.

Job Description
  • Maintain the internal accounting function, prepare financial reports, and provide financial performance updates to the Directors.
  • Lead teams in areas such as payroll preparation, customer service, financial record maintenance, administration, and office management.
  • Monitor and report key financial and operational metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Handle business banking, supplier payments, and manage sales and purchase ledger tasks.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in practice management or a similar role within an accountancy or financial services environment.
  • AAT 3 or above accountancy qualification.
  • Proficiency in internal accounting and financial reporting.
Benefits

First Recruitment Services offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Holidays (negotiable) and parking are also included.
