The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This competitive package includes a base salary, bonus scheme, and benefits such as pension and life assurance.

Job Description
The Senior Crew Leave Officer will lead and coordinate the crew leave team, ensuring the smooth operation of the leave calendar. Key responsibilities include managing annual leave bids, summer leave agreements, auto allocation, and parental leave. The successful candidate will work closely with the Crew Planning Rostering Manager to ensure compliance with country legislations and agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need at least three years of experience in a planning or establishment role, preferably within an operational planning environment. Strong teamwork skills, leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of crew leave agreements across the easyJet network are highly desirable.
