Newrest is a global leader in the provision of airline catering services, with operations across Europe and beyond. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality service to our clients, and we are seeking an experienced Dispatch Allocator to join our team.

Job Title: Dispatch Allocator
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dispatch process, working closely with airlines and their handling agents to ensure that all departure times and SLA's are met. This will involve liaising with various stakeholders, including airline staff, drivers, and TSA teams, to coordinate the movement of products and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure off-dock schedules are met.
  • Liaise with airlines and their handling agents to ensure all departure times and current SLA's are met.
  • Coordinate the movement of products and equipment, ensuring that all relevant documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with drivers and TSA teams to ensure that all departures are made in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year's experience in catering (desirable)
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Good literacy skills, verbal, written, and spoken
