Airline Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Airline Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an airline sales support role and possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing revenue reporting and analysis services for airline clients
  • Supporting the sales team with daily and monthly airline sales reports and reconciliation
  • Liaising with airlines' local management and head office
  • Preparing fare filing sheets and fare benchmarking for fare filing
  • Assisting in data preparation for sales presentations, business plans, and promotions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an airline sales support role
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sabre, DDS, and eSmash
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
