Job Title: English Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing revenue reporting, analysis, and sales support services to our airline clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze daily and monthly airline sales reports and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Provide assistance and analysis on all reports to the country manager, sales manager, and sales team.
  • Offer excellent customer service to our airline clients via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Support the airline country manager and sales team as required, including liaising with local management and head office.
  • Prepare fare filing sheets and fare benchmarking for fare filing as requested by the airline's country manager.
  • Assist in data preparation for sales presentations, business plans, and promotions.
  • Prepare route analysis data for our airline clients.
Requirements:
  • High school certificate or Travel Institution diploma.
  • Good standard of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent numeric skills.
Experience:
  • Minimum two years' experience in an airline sales support/data analysis role.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sabre, DDS, and eSmash.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

  • Customer-focused, well-presented, and well-spoken.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Professional under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexibility.
Salary and Benefits:

£33,000 per annum gross.

21 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays annually, with additional days after two years, increasing by one day per year, capped at 25 days.
