Job Title: English Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing revenue reporting, analysis, and sales support services to our airline clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze daily and monthly airline sales reports and reconciliation
  • Provide assistance and analysis on all reports for the country manager, sales manager, and sales team
  • Offer excellent customer service both on the telephone and face-to-face
  • Support the airline country manager and sales team as required
  • Liaise with Airlines' local management and head office
  • Prepare fare filing sheets as requested by the airline's CM
  • Prepare fare benchmarking for fare filing
  • Assist in data preparation for sales presentations, business plans, and promotions
  • Prepare route analysis data
Requirements:
  • High school certificate or Travel Institution diploma
  • Good standard of written and spoken English
  • Excellent standard of numeric skills
Experience:
  • Minimum two years' experience in an airline sales support/data analysis role
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sabre, DDS, and eSmash
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Must be customer-focused, well-presented, and well-spoken
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Must be professional while under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexibility
Salary and Benefits:

£33,000 p.a. gross

21 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays annually; additional days after 2 years, increasing by one day per year, capped at 25 days.
