Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, pharmacies, and GP practices, responding to routine and specialist enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process repeat prescription requests efficiently, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and protocols, under the supervision of pharmacists or pharmacy technicians.
- Communicate effectively with patients, pharmacies, and GP practices, ensuring accurate and timely information exchange.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service goals, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
- Contribute to the development of the service, participating in meetings and providing input on process improvements.
- GCSE C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Previous customer service experience, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving skills.
- Competent typing and word processing skills, with experience using Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
