About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Release Manager to join our team at Collabera Digital. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth release of our software products to the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Release Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver software releases, ensuring minimal disruption to our customers.
  • Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that all releases meet our quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance our release management processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in a relevant technology or engineering field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office products, ITSM Remedy, JIRA, Cutover, Tableau, and MicroStrategy.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience: Previous experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Certification: PMP, Prince 2, or ITIL certification.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in delivering projects using Waterfall and Lean Agile methodologies.
