Job Title: Administration Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Contract Management Specialist to join our team at First Call Contract Services. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the contract team, including maintaining accurate records and dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the team in maintaining timely and legible records, and assist with the ordering and maintenance of stock supplies.
  • Collate information for reports and assist with the reconciliation of supplier statements, purchaser orders, and invoices.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and regular reviews with line managers.
Requirements:
  • Good timekeeping and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
  • Organized, logical, and methodical approach.
  • Flexible, highly motivated, and willing to learn.
  • Good IT skills.
