Contract Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing data, contracts, and documentation, as well as providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Coordinate and process contracts, agreements, and other documents
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administration, preferably in a financial services industry
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage data, contracts, and documentation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
