Job Title: Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our Central and Local Government team in London. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and administering construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and value for money.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate project design, estimation, and planning, including statutory processes and procurement management;
  • Oversee contract administration, including contract management plans, contract performance monitoring, and service credits and warranty payments;
  • Conduct analysis on commercial and technical information to inform decision-making;
  • Work closely with client departments to achieve project objectives;
Requirements:
  • Experience in contract administration, preferably in the NEC form of Contract;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
