Job Title: Administration Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Contract Management Specialist to join our team at First Call Contract Services. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the contract management team, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Deal with internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with the ordering and maintenance of stock supplies, as well as collating information for reports.
  • Support other departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field is desirable.
