Commercial Sales Director

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a leadership role in managing commercial sales accounts. With a strong background in growing and leading large sales teams, you will be responsible for overseeing the full account management function across the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex B2B sales processes and have a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth. They will also possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders on an international scale.
Responsibilities will include strategic planning, team management, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will be able to think outside the box and operate in entrepreneurial environments. Experience in contract hire or the wider fleet space would be advantageous, but not essential.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
