About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Learning Disabilities Team in Manchester. This role presents an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of adults with learning disabilities.

This is a rewarding position that requires strong assessment and planning skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals with learning disabilities to identify their needs and support requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work from a recognised university, registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and experience working with adults with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and support requirements
  • Develop and implement person-centered support plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach
  • Provide guidance and support to individuals and their families
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records

Salary: £42,344 - £53,273 per annum (dependent on experience)
