We are currently seeking a skilled Adult's Early Support Specialist to join our team in Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for providing impactful strengths-based working at the front door to prevent, reduce, or delay needs from escalating and to maximize independence for residents of Manchester from the first point of contact. You will work closely with ASC colleagues to deliver effective support and interventions.

To excel in this position, you must possess a degree or equivalent in social work, current Social Work England registration, and significant frontline experience in Adult's Social Services within the UK. Two years post-qualifying experience with substantial knowledge of ASC and safeguarding are highly desirable.
