About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of Commercial Litigation matters from start to finish.
  • Review and analyze documentation and conduct thorough legal research.
  • Prepare detailed advice for clients and instruct counsel and experts as needed.
  • Draft all legal documentation and collaborate with colleagues to promote teamwork.
  • Develop and implement a business development plan and associated activities at Legal Director Level.
Requirements
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with attention to detail.
  • At least 7 years of post-qualifying experience (PQE) and at least 3 years as a Senior Associate level.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
