The Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Commercial Litigation Partner/Legal Director to join our team of specialists, recognized in The Legal 500. The focus of the role will be on Commercial Litigation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Partner/Legal Director to apply their Commercial Litigation expertise in a challenging yet supportive team environment. We are looking for a candidate who is seeking to join one of the leading commercial litigation teams in the Midlands.

In this Commercial Litigation Solicitor position, you will:

  • Manage a varied caseload of Commercial Litigation matters from start to finish.
  • Review and analyze documentation and conduct thorough legal research.
  • Instruct and brief counsel and experts.
  • Draft all legal documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote teamworking and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement a business development plan and associated activities at Legal Director Level.

This role requires relevant experience in Commercial Litigation with at least 7 years of post-qualifying experience (PQE) and at least 3 years as a Senior Associate level.
