The Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Commercial Litigation Partner/Legal Director to join our team of specialists. As a key member of our commercial litigation team, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters from end to end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of commercial litigation matters, including reviewing documentation and legal research, preparing detailed advice for clients, and drafting all legal documentation.
  • Developing and implementing a business development plan, including associated activities at Legal Director level.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients, including commercial litigation matters.
  • Working closely with other members of the commercial litigation team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years post-qualifying experience (PQE) in commercial litigation.
  • At least 3 years as a Senior Associate level in commercial litigation.
  • Strong legal and leadership skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
