The Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner / Legal Director to join our team of experts. As a key member of our commercial litigation team, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of documentation and legal research, providing detailed advice to clients.
  • Instruct and brief counsel and experts, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Draft all legal documentation, maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Develop and implement a business development plan, driving growth and success at the Legal Director level.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent client care skills, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Technical expertise in commercial litigation, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in a senior associate role.
  • At least 7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial litigation.
