Commercial Litigation Partner / Legal Director Opportunity

Nelsons Solicitors Limited is a leading law firm in the East Midlands, with a strong reputation for excellence in commercial litigation. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Commercial Litigation Partner / Legal Director to join our team of specialists.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Commercial Litigation Partner / Legal Director to put their expertise to work in a challenging and supportive team setting. As a key member of our commercial litigation team, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters from end to end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of commercial litigation matters, including reviewing documentation and conducting legal research.
  • Drafting all legal documentation, including pleadings, witness statements, and expert reports.
  • Undertaking a business development plan and associated activities at Legal Director level.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years post-qualifying experience (PQE) and at least 3 years at Senior Associate level. You will have a strong track record of success in commercial litigation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
