Debt Dispute Resolution Opportunity

At Otis, we are seeking an experienced Debt Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our Debt Dispute team, you will play a crucial role in resolving debt disputes efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide internal customers with necessary paperwork and information to resolve debt disputes
  • Assist in identifying the root cause of disputes and contribute to the adjustment of standard work to prevent future disputes
Requirements:
  • Confident and clear telephone manner with a positive attitude
  • Strong IT skills and high level of organization
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
