Key Responsibilities
\\As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the calendars of the Board of Directors, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Additionally, they will accurately record and transcribe minutes from board meetings, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up on action points.\\
\\
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.\\

Requirements
