Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at Barker Ross in Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to drive growth and develop long-term relationships with our clients.

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. You will work closely with the Senior Manager and other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure timely delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.


In addition to your strong interpersonal skills, we are looking for someone who is able to provide excellent customer service, work well under pressure, and has a proactive approach to problem-solving. If you have experience working in a similar role and are passionate about developing your customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
