Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Manager to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial health of our UK entity, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting and procedural standards.

Key Accountabilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare UK statutory and group financial reports.
  • Manage the company's general ledger and ensure proper classification of financial transactions.
  • Prepare and file VAT returns under Making Tax Digital (MTD) guidelines and corporation tax filings.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with UK employment law.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or UK accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • 3-7 years of experience in accounting and consolidation roles.
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of UK tax law, including VAT, PAYE, NICs, and Corporation Tax, along with a working knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
Competitive Package
  • A salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
