About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Agriculture Business Development Specialist / Regional Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Glen Callum Associates Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and managing key growth accounts in the Agriculture sector.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Maintain and increase sales within your assigned region, achieving sales targets and goals set for your area and team.">
  • Build and expand customer base through relationship building and development, analysing customer purchasing data to identify future business opportunities.">
  • Resolve customer issues and handle complaints to build trust and customer loyalty.">
  • Utilise industry knowledge and expertise to develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships.">

What We Offer

">

A competitive salary of £45,000 plus bonus, company car (EV + charger + electric fuel card), 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays) total 31 days, pension, employee benefits, and a fully remote work environment.

Requirements

Ideally, you will have experience within the Agriculture or Automotive sectors and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. If you are a driven and results-focused individual with a passion for sales and customer relationship management, we would love to hear from you.
