About The Role

proAV Limited is seeking an experienced AV Field Service Engineer to join our Field Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform field service engineering work as required, including onsite service engineering and site coordination.
  • Travel to client sites, including European locations, to provide technical support and resolve issues.
  • Manage client communications and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of faults.
  • Conduct site surveys, small works installations, and preventative maintenance calls as required.
  • Work on a rotational shift basis, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
Desirable Skills
  • Technical proficiency in AV/VC/UC technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations.
  • Calm and composed under pressure, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
