proAV Ltd is seeking an experienced Field Service Team Leader to join our Egham team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Service Engineers and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and train Field Service Engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
- Align training requirements with current technical contract obligations to ensure our team is equipped to meet the needs of our clients.
- Identify training requirements and appropriate courses for the Field Team in collaboration with other team leads.
- Point of technical escalation for fault calls within your team, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Be responsible for Service contract mobilizations and Service handovers from the project teams.
- Assist in forming Field Service policy and implementing service improvement initiatives.
- Build and release 'How to' files for engineering where appropriate.
- Be part of technical committee to align Service strategy.
- Technically proficient in AV / VC / UC technologies.
- Able to manage Client communications and escalations.
- Calm under pressure.
- Ability to take responsibility.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communicator on both telephone and email.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Organized.
- Able to lead and drive a remote-based FSE team.
