Children's Residential Support Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. This role involves providing support and care to children and young people in a residential setting.
About the Role:
- To provide day-to-day support and care to children and young people in a residential setting
- To promote independence and wellbeing among residents
- To participate in weekend and evening activities to support children and young people in their interests
- To protect children and young people from any risks to their health and welfare
Requirements:
- A desire to create positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people
- Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
- At least 6 months experience of working with children or within a similar care setting
- Valid UK driving license
- Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- Right to work in the UK
