Support Worker for Complex Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Lampeter area. As a Live-In Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to a client with a spinal cord injury in their own home.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with domestic tasks and social activities
- Support the client with moving and handling
- Work collaboratively with the client's healthcare team to ensure their needs are met
- Kind and caring nature
- Flexibility and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A competitive daily rate of £115
- Regular consistent work with set rolling rotas
- 25 days annual leave (pro-rata)
