Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to young people in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily needs of young people, including personal care and activities
- Encourage and promote independence and well-being
- Participate in weekend and evening activities to support young people's interests
- Protect young people from risks to their health and welfare
Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience of working with children or in a similar care setting
- Valid UK driving licence
- Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- The right to work in the UK
