We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily needs of young people, including personal care and activities
  • Encourage and promote independence and well-being
  • Participate in weekend and evening activities to support young people's interests
  • Protect young people from risks to their health and welfare

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience of working with children or in a similar care setting
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
