About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Residential Children's Home in Grantham. In this role, you will support the Home Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the home while providing high-quality care to the children and young people.
The successful candidate will have a good general standard of education and a willingness to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Children's & Young People's Workforce or Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care. A valid manual driving license is essential for transporting young people.
The role involves maintaining accurate records for each child, providing direct care and support, and participating in training and development opportunities. Leadership qualities with a focus on mentoring others are essential.
