Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at a children's residential provider in Grantham. The successful candidate will work on a full-time basis with a 2 on 4 off shift pattern, supporting young people with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The residential provider adopts a child-focused ethos, prioritizing consistency and continuity to ensure the children's wishes are heard and respected. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce or willingness to work towards this
  • Experience supporting young people with challenging behaviours or trauma
  • Flexibility with shifts

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides a safe and secure environment for the children. You will work closely with the team to ensure the children's needs are met, and you will be supported by a 24/7 consultant team for a smooth onboarding process.

Market-leading rates of pay and a referral scheme are available to successful candidates. Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, ensuring they pay the right level of tax and national insurance.

Registration involves an enhanced DBS check, ID checks, and providing good professional references. We pride ourselves on excellent service and can provide a wide range of opportunities in schools and other educational institutions.
