Residential Support Worker for Children and Young People

At Brook Street Social Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in a Residential Children's Home based in Grantham.
The home boasts modern facilities designed to create a warm and welcoming environment for the children in care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment for young people, maintaining case files, and assisting in implementing care plans. They will also promote educational activities and accompany young people on outings, ensuring the welfare and safeguarding of all residents.
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with children and young people, a full driving license, and experience in childcare or youth work. The successful candidate will be required to pursue the Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People's Workforce.
