We are seeking a skilled Adult Healthcare Assistant Day professional to join our team at Suffolk GP Federation. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients.

Key responsibilities include conducting point-of-care testing as part of the NHS Health Checks to assess and record the health status of individuals. You will work with diverse populations, increasing the uptake of NHS Health Checks by educating individuals.

You will travel across various locations, delivering the health checks to members of the public in community settings. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in community outreach or public health initiatives, and be familiar with NHS Health Checks and its objectives.

Contract details: This is a bank contract, working across various locations in Suffolk. We are looking for shifts to be worked across daytimes, evenings, and weekends.
