We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to work with us to make a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.
About the RoleThis role involves supporting vulnerable adults within the community, aiming to improve their wellbeing and quality of life. Key responsibilities include implementing care plans, safeguarding assessments, and MCA's.
About YouA degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with at least two years of experience working in an Adult's Social Work setting is essential for this position. The successful candidate will be well-versed in adult safeguarding proceedings and possess a valid UK driving license and vehicle.
