Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a new administrator to join our business in the commercial lending administration team. This role involves providing administrative support to the Commercial Finance team, including answering the phone, emailing, and other duties listed below.
Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the Commercial Finance team
* Data entry
* Uploading of client documents
* Uploading of new business documents and conducting compliance checks
* Booking in meetings / diary management
* Sending out client letters
* Obtaining quotations for lenders
* Answering the phone
* Chasing outstanding documents
* Communicate with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and provide product information or assisting with queries
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
Requirements
==============
* Previous experience in a Administrative / Junior PA role or similar
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and keen to learn
