HR Administrator Opportunity

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to provide support to our HR Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and administer HR documents, including employment offers and contracts.
  2. Assist with recruitment induction of new staff.
  3. Support line managers by providing accurate HR data.
  4. Support the payroll department when necessary.
  5. Monitor sickness and absence levels.
  6. Respond to routine HR queries from staff.
  7. Support the operation of employer/employee meetings.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of two years' HR Administration experience.
  2. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with MS Office.
  3. Payroll knowledge is advantageous.

Contract Details: Full-time, Temporary, Contract, 6 months, Up to £25,500.00 per year.
