Job Title: HR Administrator

Reporting to: HR Assistant

Hours: Full-time (Permanent), 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an HR Administrator. This role will report to the HR Admin Assistant and will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct immigration documentation checks, including new starters and existing employees, throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Work in partnership with HR and Payroll teams to ensure data records are consistently and accurately maintained.
  • Provide general administration support to the HR Department, including filing, answering the telephone, scanning, photocopying, and emails.
  • Assist with data entry, onboarding processes, compliance, and projects.
  • Support the HR Services team at ABM.

Requirements:

  • Preferable experience in Human Resources administration.
  • Ability to provide basic advice on employment terms, conditions, policies, and procedures.
  • Good personal organization and a flexible approach.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
