About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an HR Assistant Apprentice. As part of this 25-month program, you will gain valuable experience and skills in HR, while also working towards achieving a qualification in HR-related field.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

You will work alongside the team, supporting with day-to-day tasks and learning how Amazon Human Resources work and deliver for its customers. As your knowledge and skills increase over the duration of the scheme, you will have opportunities to be part of and lead projects, making a difference for customers.

Training and Support

You will attend a number of workshops across the duration of the apprenticeship, which will be a mix of face-to-face and online delivery by an external training provider. You will also attend internal workshops and have access to training material to support you in developing Amazon-related skills and knowledge.

Salary and Benefits

This role is expected to pay around £22,000 - £28,000 per year, depending on location and experience. You will also receive benefits including access to training and development opportunities, a competitive salary, and the chance to work for a leading company in the industry.

Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs at grade 4-9 (A-C) or above, including Maths and English
  • Flexible approach to change and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
