Experienced SEN School Support Staff

We are seeking a highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a specialist school in Barnet. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to students with a range of special educational needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Student Support: Provide tailored support to students with varying levels of need, ensuring each child receives the necessary assistance to succeed.
- Teaching Assistance: Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapting materials and activities to cater to the unique requirements of each student.
- Interprofessional Collaboration: Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and other professionals to create a comprehensive support system that fosters each child's development.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs. Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant is preferred, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are equally valued.
