Job Description:About the Role:This role involves working as a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for children aged 7-19 with Autism at a SEMH school in Barnet.
Key Responsibilities:- Support teachers in delivering individualized educational programs.
- Work with students in individual and group settings to enhance their learning experience.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of IEPs.
- Monitor student progress and report to relevant staff members.
- Experience working with SEN students.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
