Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:About the Position:

This experienced SEN Administrator will work closely with teachers and other staff members to provide tailored support to students with Autism aged 7-19.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and implementing individualized educational plans.
  • Deliver high-quality support to students in individual and group settings.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Monitor student progress and report to relevant staff members.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with SEN students.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team.
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable).
