**Job Title:** SEN Support Assistant Primary School Barnet Position

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Support Assistant to join our primary school team in Barnet. As a dedicated professional, you will work closely with students who have a range of learning needs, providing individualized and small-group support to help them reach their personal and academic goals.

**Key Responsibilities:** Collaborate closely with teachers to adapt and modify learning materials, ensuring accessibility for all students; provide targeted one-on-one and group support that promotes students' academic, social, and emotional development; work within a committed SEN team focused on creating an inclusive learning environment.

**Salary Range:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
