Primary SEN Teaching Assistant - Academic Support

Austin Fraser is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to provide academic support to pupils with MLD, ASD, ADHD, and speech and language needs in a reputable Primary SEND school in Barnet.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading interventions on a 1:1 basis, promoting the inclusion of all pupils in learning activities, and maximizing their achievement.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop effective strategies for supporting pupils with SEND.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with children who have complex needs, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and EAL, and have a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:
