**About the Role:**

  • Initial 1-year contract starting in September 2024
  • Support pupils with their learning on a whole-class, 1:1 and small-group basis
  • Earn between £24,683 - £26,456 per annum, paid weekly on a PAYE basis

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will work under the guidance of the school's SENCO and Senior Leadership Team to provide an inclusive education to all pupils. The ideal candidate will be patient, understanding, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with children aged 3-5.

The school has an excellent on-site Nursery Provision, and the successful EYFS Teaching Assistant will be expected to assist pupils with phonics and core subjects ahead of their graduation to KS1. In this role, you will learn the Early Years Framework, differentiate teaching and support styles, and use strategies effectively while working independently and following policies and procedures.
