- Assess students' progress and provide timely and constructive feedback, guiding them towards excellence.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated to learn, promoting active participation and academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, ensuring a cohesive and supportive team effort.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress, maintaining open and transparent channels.
