Part Time Credit Controller Role

We are seeking a skilled Part Time Credit Controller to join our finance team on an interim basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a large number of accounts, chasing overdue debt, and maximizing cash collection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chase overdue debt via phone and email to ensure timely payment
  • Manage a portfolio of live accounts, including reconciliations and credit checks
  • Raise credit notes and send statements to customers
  • Set up new customer accounts, including credit checking and agreeing credit terms
  • Process direct debt payments and assist with ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced credit control environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in IT, including Excel
  • Organizational skills and a passion for delivering results
